What if I lost or damaged my wristband?
Entrance to the main festival venue and other parties during the Ultra Europe week is allowed only with a valid and undamaged ticket/wristband. No replacement tickets/wristbands will be issued under any circumstances if lost, damaged or unusable for any other reason. The event organizers will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets/wristbands.
