Where and when can I get the refund for the money I left on my wristband?
Wristband money refund will be available at all Top Up stations marked as TOP-UP during the festival until 05:00 AM (end of the festival). After the festival ends you can get a refund at the TOP UP station next to the VIP ENTRANCE. Working hours for the Refund Point on Monday is from 8 AM till 6 PM.
