Will I be fully refunded if the ULTRA Europe Festival is canceled or postponed due to COVID-19?
All tickets will be fully refunded if the event is canceled or postponed due to COVID-19, and you must claim your refund within the timeframe set out by the Event Organizer.
If the event is postponed, the Event Organizer may offer you the choice to keep your ticket or receive a refund. If you do not submit your choice within the timeframe set out by the Event Organizer, your ticket will be automatically valid for the replacement date.
