When will I receive my ticket(s) for Ultra Europe 2022 if I chose to keep them for that year?
You will receive an e-mail with full details pertaining to your Ultra Europe 2022 order from the ticketing provider that you purchased your Ultra Europe 2020 ticket(s) with at a later time.

What if I purchased an Ultra Europe ticket through a third party website?
Ultra Europe is not responsible for any tickets purchased through a third party website as the reselling of tickets is not permitted.
What happens if I made multiple orders for Ultra Europe 2020?
If you made multiple orders, you will need to submit one form per order.
What if some people on my order can’t attend the event I choose?
If a portion of the people in your order cannot attend your chosen event, we will give you the option to make a name change at a later time.
If I submitted a refund request, when will I receive my payment?
Provided your information has been verified, funds will appear in your bank account within 90 days of submitting the form.
What happens if I purchased multiple tickets for Ultra Europe 2020?
You only need to submit one form per order, regardless of the amount of tickets in the order. All tickets within an order will correspond to the same submission.
