Where can I purchase Ultra merchandise?
All official ULTRA gear can be purchased at the designated ULTRA Merchandise Booths, situated throughout the festival grounds and marked on your event program guide.
Is there a special dress code for Ultra Europe or the Ultra Parties?
Ultra Europe Festival does not adhere to a specific dress code. However, we challenge you to choose some cool festival costumes. Also, we advise you to keep in mind the warm summer temperatures. Nudity is not allowed.
Can I bring empty bottles? Are there water refilling stations?
Bottles, cans, canteens, flasks, or coolers are not allowed. Hydration packs that are not backpacks (empty upon entry) are allowed. A water station will be provided inside the venue where you can refill your hydration packs.
Will I be able to purchase beverages (non-alcoholic/alcoholic) at the festival?
There will be plenty of beverage bars (WATER/JUICE/SODA/ALCOHOL) located throughout the festival grounds, including full bars with alcoholic beverages for anyone 18+.
Can I bring my own food and medicines if I need special treatment due to medical reasons?

Is there vegetarian or vegan food in the festival area?
Yes, you will be able to buy vegetarian and vegan food at the festival grounds.
What is there to eat at Ultra Europe?
A wide variety of food will be available all day and night. From gyros to pizza, burgers to fruit, hot and cold dishes are available in the Croatian and international food markets.
Are there restroom facilities on-site at the festival?
Yes, there are facilities for both men and women scattered across the festival grounds, including private accommodations for VIP ticket holders.
What kinds of services does Ultra provide?

Do you have lockers available at the venue?

Can I enter the festival area on skateboard, quad, bicycle, or roller skates?
Bicycles, skateboards, hoverboards, scooters, quads, roller skates, or personal motorized vehicles are not allowed.
